Avenue respects and protects your privacy. We appreciate the trust you place in our company and will treat your personal data with the greatest care and confidentiality.

Avenue respects the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, related to the protection of privacy when handling personal data. That law states that the agreement of the person must be obtained before being allowed to collect personal data about that person; that the personal data must be appropriate and correct; and that it must be collected in order to pursue specific, explicit and legitimate means. The person from whom the personal data is collected is entitled to have access to, and modify, the data in question. We may also use the information related to your purchases and visits to our site in order to offer you more personalized services. That information will allow us to give you suggestions and recommendations on our products, or to inform you of changes or special offers that might be of interest to you. We will always give you the possibility not to receive this information if you do not wish to. When using the Avenue site, you unconditionally accept Avenue's privacy policy and agree that Avenue may collect and use your data according to the above conditions. Using the 'My Account' pages you can at all times select wether or not you wish to receive newsletters and/or product notifications. You can also change your personal data at any moment. |
| Warranty |

We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material under normal use. The warranty period is defined by the manufacturer. Please consult the manufacturer’s website for details or ask us about it. Should you have any claim during the warranty period we will either replace or repair at our own judgment the spare parts or otherwise remedy to the defect. In any case we will withhold your contractual rights as defined by Belgian law. |

According to the Belgian law related to commercial practices dated July 14,1991, customers have the right to advise Avenue that they renounce their purchase within 7 working days following the day of delivery, on the condition that the products are returned undamaged and in the undamaged original packaging and within a reasonable time frame (7 working days after notification to Avenue). The cost of returning the goods shall be entirely borne by the customer.

Please always mention your order number and the most convenient way for us to contact you. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods Avenue will credit your credit card. |
| Is everything always in stock? |

All products available on the Avenue website are described in good faith and as accurately as possible. The offers and prices are valid for the day of the site consultation. All prices are VAT (Belgian VAT is 21%) included. Avenue cannot be held liable for errors contained in these offers. The products that are presented on our site are on sale within the limits of our stocks' availability. Avenue keeps accurate stock of its products in order to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. It may however occur that an article is out of stock. You will then be quickly informed and you will be able to cancel your order if you prefer. Avenue cannot be held liable for any damages stemming from the non-availability of an article. |
| Which tribunal has jurisdiction should a dispute arise? |
| All disputes arising are governed in accordance to the Belgian law and only the courts of the Antwerp judiciary territory have jurisdiction. |
